Eleri Dodsworth is a partner at Stanton Chase London. She is a passionate advocate of equity, inclusion, and belonging, and she strongly believes in helping her clients build diverse leadership teams. She views equity, diversity, and inclusion as moral and ethical imperatives that ultimately drive business performance.

Eleri places non-executive directors, C-suite leaders, and divisional directors for listed companies, as well as private equity, not-for-profit, family, and privately owned businesses. She specializes in board and ESG appointments across a wide range of sectors, with a particular focus on the industrial sector and ethical, purpose-led organizations.

Eleri embarked on her career in global executive search and leadership consulting in 1999 in a boutique search firm before moving to an international FTSE 250 executive search company. For eight years, she was responsible for leading a large, high-performing team and appointing leadership positions.

Subsequently, Eleri was approached to join the Odgers Berndtson Group LLP. Over the next 10 years, she successfully led a range of leadership appointments across multiple sectors and geographies and was responsible for conducting client audits and developing and maintaining key relationships within the firm.

Eleri is an active supporter of social mobility and race equality within employment and supports the work of Change the Race Ratio and The Social Mobility Pledge. As a founding member of the Institute of Neurodiversity (ION) and Neurodiversity in Business, Eleri works to raise awareness and understanding of neurodiversity within the workplace. She is a champion for female leadership, gender equality, and women’s wellbeing and is proud to be a member of UN Women, HeForShe, and the 30% Club.

Eleri is a parent to three children and is an experienced coach and mentor. She has written several white papers tackling the important subjects of inclusive leadership, inclusive cultures, and the relationship between good governance, belonging, and engagement.
