Ebru Esmen Mete

Ebru Esmen Mete is a Partner at Stanton Chase Istanbul. She is a strategic advisor to executive boards and leadership teams, offering expertise in executive search, leadership advisory, organizational structuring, and development. Her focus is on guiding organizations through complex transitions and building strong leadership foundations.

Prior to joining Stanton Chase, Ebru was a Partner at a major global executive search company. She managed projects for C-level positions across diverse sectors, including technology, e-commerce, tourism, entertainment, holdings, and consumer goods. Ebru is a trusted advisor to boards and general management, known for implementing creative, tailor-made people solutions with a high competency in navigating organizational complexities.

Ebru also served as Executive Vice President of Human Resources for one of Turkey’s largest holding companies. She led the HR function for a conglomerate with over 300 companies and more than 50,000 employees across various industries, such as automotive, e-commerce, media, construction, hospitality, energy, and entertainment. Her work has a special focus on gender equality and women’s empowerment.

Ebru graduated from Saint Joseph French High School and holds both a B.A. and a Master’s Degree in Human Resources from the University of Istanbul. She is also a certified co-active coach from the Coaches Training Institute (CTI). In her personal life, Ebru is an avid photographer and participates in international composite exhibitions.
