Dr. Anita Polite-Wilson is an Advisor for Stanton Chase Los Angeles. She is also the Founder and CEO of Dr. Anita Enterprises, Inc. She specializes in reframing diversity conversations from difficult to different. She helps leaders and teams navigate complexity and change associated with diversity endeavors.

Dr. Anita provides the design, development, and delivery of diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging (DEIB), leadership, and management skills training for organizations such as Easterseals Southern California, The Academi Wales, the Welsh Government (UK), Space Store (UK), Godiva Chocolatier, The Earthquake Engineering Research Institute, Abode Communities, and Rehrig Pacific Company, just to name a few.

As a Fellow for the Simmons University Institute for Inclusive Leadership, lead facilitator for Duke CE (Corporate Education), and an adjunct professor for the Crowell School of Business at Biola University, Dr. Anita facilitates learning conversations for corporate professionals and adult learners to expand their understanding of diversity dynamics and demonstrate this new understanding through more human-affirming behaviors in the workplace.

Dr. Anita has also spent 14 years within the aerospace community as an award-winning facilitator (2008 Contractor of the Quarter), collaborating with an intergenerational workforce of over 5,000 college interns, engineers, scientists, and business professionals as a coach and mentor, and as a trusted advisor to both military officers and corporate senior executives.

Having served as the Vice President of both The Aerospace Women’s Committee and The Aerospace Black Caucus, she was recognized for her ability to link leadership lessons learned through more than 50 Employee Resource Group activities and diversity and inclusion initiatives to bottom-line business results, attracting and retaining diverse, qualified professionals. In 2014, she was honored as an Aerospace Woman of the Year recipient.

Dr. Anita earned both a doctorate and a Master of Arts in Human and Organizational Systems from Fielding Graduate University, a Master of Arts in Organizational Leadership from Biola University, and a Bachelor of Science in Management from Pepperdine University. She is also a certified Psychological S.A.F.E.T.Y. Practitioner, a Gallup Certified Strengths Coach, and an iPEC Certified Professional Coach.

She is a founding member of the Los Angeles and Orange County chapter of the National Human Resources Association’s Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Council, an author of seven leadership books, an international speaker, and the host of the weekly Keeping It Real with Dr. Anita podcast on LinkedIn.
