Dr. Andreas C. Köchling

Dr. Andreas C. Köchling is a Partner at Stanton Chase Frankfurt. He specializes in executive and board assessment, succession planning, leadership and strategy coaching, team development, and process facilitation. He also supports his clients in filling management and specialist positions, with a special focus on Financial and Professional Services, including the legal sector. He has functional expertise in Human Resources and a broad knowledge of the entire HR process chain.

After starting his career as a Project Manager at a Swiss executive search boutique based in Zurich, Andreas spent many years in HR leadership positions with international and global remits at Deutsche Telekom, Arthur Andersen, EY, Deutsche Börse, Kearney, and Gleiss Lutz. Later, he served as a Managing Partner and Practice Group Leader at a global executive search and human capital firm for more than a decade before he joined Stanton Chase in 2024.

Andreas holds a Master’s degree and a PhD, both in Psychology, from the Technical University of Darmstadt and is a Certified Leadership Assessor, Management Coach, and Team Developer. He is fluent in German and English.

Andreas lives with his wife and four children in Frankfurt. In his spare time, he loves to make music (accordion, bass, drums, and vocals) and engages in a variety of sports (rowing, running, fishing, scuba diving, and skiing).
