D.D. embarked on his career as a Motor Transportation and Logistics Officer in the United States Marine Corps, where he developed a passion for aligning business strategy with effective human resources and people strategies. He honed his leadership skills in various executive-level HR and operational roles at Fortune 500 companies across diverse industries, including healthcare, energy services, financial services, insurance, publishing, and technology. He has made impactful contributions at notable organizations such as Motorola, Pfizer, AOL/Time Warner, CIGNA, MassMutual, Pacific Life, Health Essentials, and Trader Interactive. 

One of D.D.’s significant achievements includes his role at Trader Interactive, where he spearheaded a succession planning and high-potential talent identification program. By introducing new leadership competencies and implementing an executive assessment and coaching process, he successfully increased leadership satisfaction scores on the annual engagement survey over a four-year period.
