Cristina Postolache

Cristina is a senior professional with 20-plus years of experience, out of which she has spent more than 13 years in human resources services. Before joining Stanton Chase, Cristina worked in HR consultancy, specializing in search services for senior management, assessment and development centers, and customized HR consultancy programs.

She bases her approach on her eight years of sales and marketing experience with top multinationals in telecom and professional services, and on her subsequent projects and certifications.

Her sectorial expertise covers technology, logistics, professional services, healthcare and life sciences, and industrial firms.

Cristina holds a bachelor’s degree in international business and economics from the Academy of Economic Studies of Bucharest and a master’s in communication and PR. She also holds a Hogan Assessment Certification, a Hofstede Insights Organizational Cultural Assessments certification, and an SHL Certification both for assessment and competency-based interviews. Additionally, Cristina is a licensed soft skills trainer. She also speaks English fluently.

In her spare time, Cristina enjoys spending time with her two children, reading, traveling, and playing different sports.
