Cengiz Turan Köroğlu

Cengiz Turan Köroğlu is a Researcher at Stanton Chase Istanbul. Turan is an industrial and organizational psychology practitioner with specialized training to apply psychology concepts in a corporate environment, such as personnel selection, assessments, and organizational development.

Before joining the Stanton Chase Istanbul team, Turan was a Human Capital Consultant for an international human capital consulting firm based in Chantilly, Virginia, in the United States. During his time in this role, he oversaw the creation, application, and analysis of assessments and assessment centers for recruiting and promotional purposes in the public safety sector. He also participated in executive search projects and organizational development projects, such as organizational culture and employee engagement.

Turan is an advocate for DE&I (Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion), having served on the DE&I committees in his previous roles. He is also a proud member of the Society for Industrial and Organizational Psychology (SIOP) in the United States as well as a member of the Work Organization Industry and Labor Psychologists Society (IOCP) in Turkey.

Turan graduated from Towson University with a B.S. degree in Psychology and then graduated from the University of Maryland, Baltimore County, with an M.P.S. degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology with the highest distinction, Summa Cum Laude.
