Casper Barfoed

Casper Barfoed is a Partner at Stanton Chase Copenhagen. He conducts executive searches across various sectors, including technology, life sciences and healthcare, and financial services. 

With more than 18 years of experience in corporate life science, including several years with startups and scale-ups in health tech, Casper brings a wealth of experience in both large transformations and building and executing growth strategies. Throughout most of his career, leadership has been exercised in the domains of business development, venturing, and across commercial disciplines. 

Prior to joining Stanton Chase, he held various positions at GN Group, Novo Nordisk, and Novozymes, with professional and personal interests in innovation, venturing, M&A, and business development. 

Casper holds an MSc in Economics from Copenhagen Business School and has earned a certification from Harvard Business School’s Program for Leadership Development. Outside the office, Casper spends time with his children and is passionate about vintage motorcycles, alpine skiing, and endurance sports, having completed, among other things, the Copenhagen Ironman, UltraVasan 90 in Sweden, and the Troll Ski Marathon in Norway.
