Carmen Koch is a Partner at Stanton Chase Frankfurt with over 20 years of experience in executive search and leadership consulting. She specializes in the consumer, retail, digital and luxury sectors, identifying transformational leaders and senior experts of tomorrow. With a strong international background, she understands diverse markets, cultures, and the value of diversity.

Before joining Stanton Chase, Carmen held key roles at leading global consulting firms in Germany. Most recently, she led the DACH market for H.I. Executive Consulting and previously served as Co-Global Head for the Consumer Market at another top-tier firm, driving strategic growth. Prior to that, she spent 13 years at Korn Ferry, most recently as a trusted advisor in executive search.

Her clients range from mid-sized companies and start-ups to global brands in consumer goods, retail, and consumer technology. She specializes in C-level and senior roles across general management, sales, marketing, supply chain, HR, and finance.

Carmen holds a master’s degree in business administration and an apprenticeship in wholesale and foreign trade. She is fluent in German and English.
