Benoît Duretz

Benoît Duretz is a Partner at Stanton Chase France. He leads the Power Systems and Utilities subsector within the Energy, Resources, and Mining sector, while also serving as a member of both the Industrial sector and the Marketing and Sales functional group.

He has built his extensive knowledge in these sectors on the foundation of 25 years of international operational and management experience in industry and energy. One of his main areas of focus is the energy transition, including renewable energies and emerging technologies.

Before joining Stanton Chase, Benoît held numerous C-level business development positions in both large and medium-sized industrial organizations. He often started from scratch and built sustainable, high-performance structures. His extensive operational experience in the industrial environment enables him to conduct successful executive searches and set up efficient, suitable executive teams.

Benoît graduated in electrical systems engineering. In his free time, he enjoys playing and developing inclusive basketball (“baskIN”). He is fluent in French, English, and Spanish.
