Armagan Kilic

Armagan Kilic is a Partner at Stanton Chase Frankfurt, bringing over 20 years of extensive experience in executive search and leadership consulting. His career is driven by a lifelong passion for the systematic methodology and precise art of identifying value-driven, meritocratic leaders for his clients. These clients span various industrial markets and are headquartered across Germany, EMEA, North America, and Asia. 

Armagan specializes in cultural diversity within leadership teams and holistic organizational transformation. His expertise covers a wide range of executive roles. These include general management leaders and financial and commercial officers. He also works with HR and people & culture officers, as well as operations, production, and supply chain management executives. Additionally, Armagan has experience placing sales and business development executives, along with legal, tax, risk, and compliance managers. 

Before joining Stanton Chase as a seasoned German Partner and trusted advisor, Armagan held key positions at other leading global consulting firms in Germany, serving clients across diverse industrial sectors. His most recent role was as a Senior Client Partner at Transearch, a prominent global executive search firm. Prior to that, he spent nearly a decade with Korn Ferry, another top-tier global organizational consulting firm, where he served as a Client Partner in Executive Search. Before that, as Managing Consultant, he successfully established the German Industrial Practice of the firm’s Professional Search division.

Armagan’s foundation in executive search was built during his tenure as a Principal at Boyden, one of the global pioneers in the industry. Over a decade, he mastered the “art of headhunting” and cultivated strong relationships with both mid-sized German companies and multinational blue-chip corporations in the industrial space. 

With a background in business law, Armagan holds both German and international degrees. He further expanded his academic horizons by studying history and ethnology through a European program spanning Giessen, Cologne, and London. Linguistically versatile, Armagan is a native speaker of German and Turkish, fluent in English, and has basic proficiency in French and Russian. 

Armagan resides in the Greater Frankfurt Area, Germany, with his wife and daughter.
