Anupama Banarji

Anupama Banarji is a Senior Partner at Stanton Chase Mumbai. She has over 25 years of experience in executive leadership and talent strategy, with a core focus on the pharmaceutical, healthcare, and life sciences sectors.

Anupama acts as a strategic partner for her clients, advising on organizational launch, expansion projects, career transition projects, restructuring, succession planning, and short and long-term growth strategies. She has been instrumental in shaping multiple sectors through her work in executive search, CXO/C-suite hiring, and organizational growth.

Throughout her career, Anupama has held key roles across sectors, working with both new companies and established large industry players.

Anupama holds a Bachelor’s degree in Science, a Bachelor’s degree in Education, and a Master’s degree in Sciences with a specialization in genetics. She is also trained in Thomas Profiling and Hogan Assessment.
