Anja excels in all aspects of recruiting, HR services, and key account management, which includes everything from identifying suitable candidates to ensuring their successful onboarding.  

Her background is impressive, having worked in a variety of capacities within the industry, including an important role at one of the world’s top three recruiting agencies. It was there that Anja played a major part in the company’s joint venture in Shanghai, China, where she specialized in personnel and business consulting. She effectively aided international firms in establishing themselves in the Chinese market by collaborating with her local team to fill vital executive roles.
