Andrea Horáková

Andrea Horáková is a Senior Consultant at Stanton Chase Prague. She has been working in recruitment since 2011. She began her career at a local boutique agency and later worked at an international agency, where she was responsible for building the engineering division. 

Andrea also has experience in internal hiring for companies such as Nestlé and Microsoft. At her previous firm, she led an eight-member team, developed business relationships, and set and implemented branch strategy. 

Andrea has helped dozens of companies fill key positions and has assisted numerous individuals in finding professional challenges that meet their expectations. She primarily has experience filling senior, managerial, and niche positions in the manufacturing and industrial sectors and in sales and marketing within the consumer products and services and technology segments.
