Alvaro Bellido is a Managing Partner at Stanton Chase Lima. With more than ten years of consulting experience, Alvaro has advised important companies across various industries.

His deep knowledge of the Peruvian executive market has enabled him to work with local and multinational clients across various sectors, including consumer goods, retail, technology, digital transformation, professional services, property and construction, and financial services.

Before joining Stanton Chase, Alvaro worked at a prominent multinational recruitment firm, where he helped establish the company’s startup in Peru and later developed the FMCG and Retail Division in Mexico City as an Executive Manager.

Alvaro’s work extends beyond the national level; he has led executive search processes for multinational companies operating in Peru, Bolivia, Ecuador, and Mexico. A key aspect of his work is becoming a trusted advisor to his clients, leading them through the different talent challenges they encounter.

Alvaro is a dynamic professional with a background in business administration and an International MBA from IE Business School in Madrid.
