Alberto Ubillos

Alberto Ubillos is a Managing Partner at the Stanton Chase Madrid office. He brings over 15 years’ HR experience in management positions in different business sectors like manufacturing, engineering, and telco, which includes renowned companies like Dematic, Fagor, and Gonvarri. Alberto has worked in diverse cultural environments, multinational companies as well as family-owned companies, cooperative companies, and venture-capital-backed firms.

He also has broad experience in business and HR in Latin America, where he successfully implemented different HR and change management projects within his responsibility.

Alberto began his professional services career in 2012 with Alexander Hughes, an international executive search firm, where he applied his strong business sector knowledge and best practices to successfully advise and support clients in executive recruiting projects. Since then, he has become a well-known executive consultant in Spain with a high level of trusted clients and repeat business.

He is familiar with executive recruiting for Board and top management positions, at both the national and international level. His experiences enables him to understand the different nuances that guarantees the identification, evaluation, and integration process required in each search project.

In recent years, he has also intensively developed the agrobusiness market, becoming a reference executive search consultant on the Spanish market, covering key positions in the sector.

Alberto earned his bachelor’s degree in industrial sociology from Deusto University and a master’s degree in sales management from the University des Pais Vasco. He speaks English and Spanish.
