Aaron Gremp

Aaron serves as a Recruiter for Stanton Chase South Central. He brings a track record of success working with Fortune 500 corporations, private equity and venture capital-backed companies, as well as privately held organizations.  Aaron plays a vital role in each search from start to finish, working to ensure that exceptional levels of satisfaction are achieved for all involved.

Aaron holds a Master’s degree in Accounting and began his career in financial audit and corporate SEC accounting before pivoting to recruitment.  He brings a unique blend of experience in Big 4 Accounting and Big 5 Executive Search, with broad industry exposure in both fields.  In executive search, Aaron has successfully completed numerous C-level, VP-level, and board assignments across manufacturing, distribution, industrial services, environmental services, consumer packaged goods, software, and technology.  His functional areas of expertise include accounting, finance, marketing, sales, strategy, and operations.

Aaron resides in St. Louis, Missouri. He is an avid Cardinals baseball fan and played collegiate water polo at his alma mater, Saint Louis University. In his free time, Aaron enjoys traveling, cooking, and spending time with his family and friends.
