Stanton Chase Montreal supports Le Phare Enfants Familles, a pediatric palliative care home based in Montreal. Michael Lavoeie, Managing Director, organizes an annual fundraising walk through the city streets to support this important cause.
What began as a solo effort raising $7,000 has grown into a community event. In 2024, over 100 walkers are expected to participate, with a fundraising goal of $130,000. This initiative demonstrates our commitment to making a positive impact in our local community and supporting families in need.

Stanton Chase Dubai successfully launched the Mornings of Transformation event, an initiative focused on empowering women through dialogue. The first gathering featured four discussion groups, each tackling a specific theme: female leadership, journey to growth for women, diversity and organizational culture, and gender equality in corporate governance.

Stanton Chase Bucharest conducted a pro bono executive search to help Humana People to People find a PR and CSR Manager for its Romanian sector. Humana People to People is a nonprofit organization committed to community development and the eradication of poverty across Asia, Africa, and the Americas through projects aimed at environmental conservation, education, health, and sustainable agriculture. It is responsible for managing 1,410 initiatives that touch the lives of more than 16.3 million people.

The Stanton Chase Toronto office contributed $5,000 in support of SheEO, a global organization that funds future-changing, women-led ventures focused on creating a better world, in areas including waste reduction, energy efficiency, food sustainability, AI, and biotech innovation.
SheEO is funded by “Activators” such as Stanton Chase who provide financial support and investment to further benefit these activities through their “Radical Generosity.”

James Allen, Director of the Sydney office, has been a member of the Rotary Club of Sydney for 15 years. 2021 will mark the centenary of Rotary in Australia and New Zealand. James leads the Project for the Rotary Club of Sydney, in partnership with UNICEF, with a major $3.5 million project to introduce three vaccines into nine Pacific Island countries.
The Stanton Chase Seoul office is a sponsor of monthly talks held by the German Chamber of Commerce and Industry’s (KGCCI) inaugural Women’s Leadership Mentorship Program – WIR (stands for Women in KoRea and “Us” in German). The sponsorship provides support for monthly events where prominent female leaders are featured as speakers, followed by 1:1 mentoring sessions. The Health Clowns charity project, a partner of Red Noses International aims to bring ”humor and laughter to people in need of joy”. Jozef Papp, Managing Director of the Prague office, ran in this relay event to support the cause.
The Stanton Chase Lisbon team consultants dedicate one day per month to counsel people “pro bono” who are actively looking for new career opportunities. In general, this program is done through interviews to help participants to define their career purpose and to develop a plan to pursue it.
Food Banks Against Hunger is a program in Portugal aimed at ending hunger. The Stanton Chase Lisbon team have been participating twice a year since 2011.
Soroptimist is global volunteer organization that economically empowers women and girls by providing access to education, the single most effective anti-poverty intervention. Monika Kasten has been a member of Soroptimist since 2003. Her club has sponsored St. Mary’s Secondary School in Mutito, Kenya. The sponsorship has provided water tanks, computers, and an irrigation system to allow the school to become self-supporting to grow a garden and sell produce on the local market.
Therapeutic horseback riding can offer great benefits; in Dallas, riding is offered to children and adults, including veterans, with physical and mental challenges. Finley (Harbaugh) Konrade, Managing Director of the Dallas office, regularly volunteers her time for this cause.

The Stanton Chase Calgary office donated $1,000 to Broken Earth. Team Broken Earth is committed to a sustained medical relief effort in Haiti to help rebuild and reinforce the healthcare system in one of the poorest countries in the western world. Team Broken Earth is a volunteer task force composed of physicians, nurses, and physiotherapists from across Canada committed to delivering and improving healthcare in Haiti.
The Stanton Chase Calgary office donated $10,000 to the Sage Center. This organization provides services that guide children, teens, adults and families through the grieving process as they face life-threatening illness and the death of a loved one (including sudden or accidental deaths). The other center, Rosedale Hospice, provides 24-hour end-of-life care for adult cancer patients.
The Stanton Chase Calgary office made a donation of $20,000 to Habitat for Humanity Southern Alberta. The funds will help support the delivery of housing for working families and their children in Calgary and southern Alberta. Christine Fisher, Managing Director of the Calgary office, noted, “Strong and stable homes build strong and stable communities. We feel Habitat is the perfect opportunity for a high-impact community investment and we are thankful to be a part of the affordable housing solution in Alberta.
Stanton Chase Bucharest proudly supports Teach for Romania, a non-profit organization dedicated to creating “life options through quality education for every child in Romania.” The partnership began in 2019 when the Bucharest office provided a pro bono search, led by Cristina Postolache, for the organization’s next CEO. Stanton Chase Bucharest has committed to continue supporting Teach for Romania, and the organizations plan to strengthen their partnership in order to best serve the Romanian educational community.
Aniké is a Belgian nonprofit organization which believes every person deserves a fair chance in life, including women and vulnerable children in Guinea Conakry, West Africa. The organization focuses mainly on health care, but also carries out other projects. Aniké – which means ‘thank you’ in one of the local dialects of Guinea – also takes care of children who have lost their parents through accident or disease. Furthermore, the nonprofit takes a stand against female genital mutilation (FGM).
The Stanton Chase Brussels office plants 100 trees for every completed search, because they believe in sustainability and doing their part to safeguard the earth. Since 2012, The Stanton Chase Brussels team has funded over 31,000 trees, supporting projects in India Khasi Hills, Burkina Faso and Madagascar Kalamboro.
The Sato Project is dedicated to rescuing abused and abandoned dogs from Puerto Rico and finding the dogs appropriate medical care and a new home. Chris Arnold, Managing Director of the Boston office, and his family foster dogs who are freedom flighted off the island, and they volunteer at rescue facilities in Puerto Rico.
Every year, the Stanton Chase Amsterdam team provides a pro bono search for an international non-profit organization. This project is led by Jan-Bart Smits, Partners in the Amsterdam office. In 2017, the office recruited an advisory board member for Dance4Life. In 2018, the office is working on a Marketing Director search for War Child. This initiative not only benefits the local and international community, but it provides a bonding opportunity for Stanton Chase consultants through the collaborative efforts.
Stanton Chase Belgrade has been promoting talent management awareness in Serbia through their Talent Management Awards since 2014. In partnership with the University of Belgrade’s Career Development Center, they recently launched Career Chat, an event that connects students with top companies. The inaugural event, held in March 2023, aimed to connect students with the business sector, stimulate career planning, and encourage potential internships.
Stanton Chase Norway proudly supports the Norwegian Refugee Council (NRC) through a monthly monetary donation. The NRC has been active in Ukraine since 2014. To date, they’ve provided aid to more than 700,000 refugees fleeing the war.
