Eline KullockCountry Manager Eline Kullock, Managing Director of Stanton Chase International Brazil, has noteworthy previous experience in human resources and management. For over four years, she worked at one of the biggest Brazilian department stores, Mesbla, as Planning and Human Resources Director. She then played a significant role in outlining and establishing strategic planning for the company, where she established and implemented procedures and strategies for the human resources area. Previously, as Financial and Administrative Director for the Servenco Group, she developed extensive human resources policies tailored to each of the group's member companies. She is a leading authority on human resources and the Brazilian media value her opinion. Eline is a graduate of the Fundação Getúlio Vargas (FGV), the best-known Brazilian Business Administration school, and holds an MBA from COPPEAD-Universidade Federal do Rio de Janeiro. She is the founder and the managing director of Grupo Foco, a company specializing in recruitment and selection for middle management and trainees, and runs Velox, which includes the selection of operating workers and the management of temporary and outsourced labor. Adriano AraujoExecutive Vice President Adriano has been working for Grupo Foco since 1998, holding the position of Executive Director for the past six years. Adriano's efforts in the opening of many branches in various estates were vital to Grupo Foco's growth in Brazil. Responsible for client start-ups in, he also managed the organization's commercial and selection areas, developing and establishing important projects. Prior to working for Grupo Foco, Adriano worked for Grupo Amil, one Brazil's largest medical assistance companies, as a member of its HR strategy board. Adriano has also worked for Engea, where he was responsible for occupational medicine projects, payroll and benefits, while also administering the civil construction company's HR management system change. Selma MorandiDirector Selma started her professional career in 1988, while working in the administrative area for the Brazilian Government and in the private sector. In 1995, she was invited to work as an executive researcher for Arthur Andersen / Coopers & Lybrand Consultancy. As a result of this invitation, she had the opportunity to build up an extensive network in the market and focused her career on the research in addition to the commercial area of the Human Resources market. In 1999, Selma joined Stanton Chase International and today is the Head of Research for Stanton Chase São Paulo. Selma manages a team of market researchers. She is instrumental in the search for qualified executives, working in concert with the technical, business development, and client relationship teams. |

Silvia GersonPrincipal Consultant Silvia has more than 15 years of experience in the field of human resources. She has worked for a number of consulting companies including Phoenix Search, Dobroi and Voyer International, conducting high level executive search for national and multinational companies in all market segments. Silvia also had the opportunity to be the Recruitment and Selection Manager at LogicaCMG (now Acision) where she was responsible for its start-up and contributed to the recruitment of 70 professionals at various levels. Fernando MendesConsultant Fernando is a Consultant in the São Paulo office of Stanton Chase International. His career has always been based on relationship management, an important skill and ability he was able to practice while managing banquet and catering operations at a prestigious hotel, The Savoy on the Stand, and in the refinance department with Lloyds TSB Bank, both in England. Upon his return to Brazil, Fernando joined the IBM Customer Service Operation Centre, allowing him to further enhance his skills in customer care. Working with IBM presented Fernando with an opportunity to work closely with the human resources industry and led him to work for large human resource companies with operations in Brazil. At the Stanton Chase office in São Paulo, Fernando works within the Industrial, Logistics and Transportation, and Natural Resources and Energy practice groups.
