Pablo Ruiz LapuenteManaging Director Pablo joins Stanton Chase after having gained ten years of experience in HR and in the executive search industry. He successfully managed assignments for clients in several market segments, identifying, assessing and retaining talents. He founded and became partner of RUIZ | MASSE Desarrollo Organizacional in 2002, a consulting firm in human resources. A Psychologist, he graduated from the Universidad de la República del Uruguay and earned a postgraduate degree in organizational change from Universidad católica del Uruguay. Pablo has extensive experience in large, medium and small-sized organizations. Claudio FernaudManaging Director For more than 27 years Claudio Fernaud has successfully conducted senior executive search. Since founding Fernaud & Asociados in 1984, he has focused on executive search, consulting and training assignments. Claudio also advised and trained management of various financial institutions.
