Enife Atobiloye (GPHR)Managing Partner Enife offers over 19 years of progressive experience in executive search, Human Resources consulting and practice from a global perspective. Enife has helped ‘Market Leader’ Clients to fill critical executive roles, particularly across Africa. She has gained wide experience and exposure from several roles, among which includes Managing Consultant of Kimberly Ryan, a leading indigenous HR Consulting firm in Africa with offices in Nigeria, Ghana and Kenya. Apart from successfully conducting searches across Africa, she has spent over 15 years in organizational design, development and performance, with a proven track record in start-ups and leading existing teams to deliver business value. Enife holds a Masters degree in Organizational Performance (Cranfield University, UK). She is certified for occupational testing, levels A&B (British Psychological Society), and is also a certified Global Practitioner in Human Resources (GPHR). Industry Practice Expertise

Chinedu C. DuruConsultant Chinedu joins the Stanton Chase Lagos office with more than 20 years experience in telecommunications, the food industry, human resources and management consulting. Over the last 6 years, Chinedu has driven the executive search function in various firms and has participated in numerous searches in that period. He also brings competencies in Business Development and Training, in addition to a unique insight into corporate Nigeria. Chinedu holds a B.Sc in Political Science from the University of Nigeria, an MBA in Management and has attended numerous trainings both locally and internationally.
