Anders NannerupManaging Director Anders started his career in Executive Search in 1996 with Compass Human Resources Group. In 1998 he opened up the Copenhagen office which in 2004 became full partner in Stanton Chase. In 2002 Anders bought the Copenhagen operation, and is now the majority shareholder and managing partner. Prior to his executive search role, Anders has accumulated more than 10 years experience within management, international assignments and training/education. Key positions has been as officer in the Danish army and as Human Resource Director with DDB Communication Group. Anders has over the years worked in almost every industry but these past years extensively with major international IT, Telecommunication and pharmaceutical companies. Industry Practice Expertise:

Ole DreyerPartner Ole joined the Copenhagen office of Compass Human Resources Group in 1999 and became a partner in 2002; an office which became a Stanton Chase International member in 2004. Prior to entering executive search, Ole had a career in the Danish Army as an officer, focusing on management, training and planning leadership courses. Besides his education from the Military Academy, Ole holds a Graduate Diploma in Business Administration (Strategy). Morten IslinPartner Morten has more than 10 years of experience from the executive search industry. Morten has a particular interest in the pharmaceutical and life sciences industries in which he has worked extensively on filling numerous senior positions. Additionally he has completed executive search assignments for clients within the Logistics and Transportation, Consumer Products and Services and Technology industry practices. Over the years Morten has handled a large number of both local and global searches for clients varying from large multinational companies to smaller family owned businesses in almost every industry. Morten´s attention is especially drawn to understanding the uniqueness in each client’s business challenges, the diversity in needs and the company cultures. All aspects which make him recognized as a dedicated business partner. Prior to joining the executive search industry, Morten served as an officer in the Danish Army (Army Logistics) and participated in the NATO peace keeping missions in Bosnia and Kosovo. Jakob StengelPartner Jakob joined the Copenhagen office of Stanton Chase International in early 2010. His most recent professional experience counts three years in total as a partner with two other global executive search firms. Jakob’s earlier experience includes senior management positions with large multinational industry leaders in financial services and insurance such as Willis, AIG (now Chartis), Chubb and Codan. Jakob has significant consulting experience as a trusted advisor for a vast number of Denmark’s Top 200-companies, and extensive business experience from international and cross-cultural corporate environments. He is a co-author of a number of management books and a frequent speaker on the topics of corporate governance, leadership and career development. Jakob holds a Master degree in Law from University of Copenhagen, and has more than a decade of experience in serving on various executive and advisory boards in Danish companies and organizations, incl. serving as Chairman of VL53 under The Danish Management Society (DSV). Flemming RiberPartner Flemming Riber joined Stanton Chase International in August 2010 as Partner and responsible for executive search assignments towards Top 500 companies in Denmark. From 1999 till 2010 Flemming was owner, Senior Partner and member of the board with Cultivator A/S. He was responsible for all Executive Search and Assessment activities in Denmark, Norway and Sweden and was also responsible for the execution of their Scandinavian growth strategy. Flemming has over the past +ten years completed more than 250 positions at C-level, Middle Management and Board level. Flemming has developed and implemented management assessment tools in a wide scale of process industries. Earlier experience includes management positions with larger multinational industry leaders in chemical and steel production such as Hempel Group, Boliden AB, Flügger Group. Flemming has significant consulting experience as a preferred Headhunter and Trusted Advisor for a number of Denmark’s largest companies. He has been co-author of books on recruitment strategy in Scandinavia and has considerable international and multi-cultural experience especially from positions held in Middle East and Far East region. Charlotte BakResearch Manager Charlotte has extensive research experience in more than one respect. Charlotte started her career as a market analyst and consultant in 1988 after graduating from CBS with a Master of Science (Msc) in Economics and Business Administration. Charlotte continued in the market research business for a number of years. Today she is the head of executive search research in the Copenhagen office. Prior to this role, Charlotte has accumulated more than 12 years of experience within marketing- and project management, strategic planning, research, consulting and coaching. Key positions in this respect have been as Senior Consultant with AIM/Nielsen Research A/S and Marketing & Campaign Manager with Minolta Denmark a/s. Charlotte has over the years worked with almost any industry. She has worked with advertising agencies, food and non-food businesses, financial businesses, IT-businesses and the public sector - just to mention a few. |
