Meet the team

Milos Tucakovic

Partner / Managing Director

Milos started his career in 1985 as a sports journalist in Politika Newspapers before he moved on in 1990 to work in Training at Hyatt Corporation. During his career at Hyatt, he was Director of HR and was an Executive Board Member. Then, he was Managing Director of Advance International (representative of Wilson Learning Group).

Milos has over 10 years of experience in the Executive Search business and has completed many searches from board level to General Managers and senior level Directors. Milos is also a licensed A&DC Assessor.

Milos was on the Advisory Board of different companies and worked with their Executives on re-structuring and company development. He is also active as a leadership development coach for CEO’s and General Managers.

Milos is a member of the Serbian Association of Managers and Knowledge Committee of Serbia. He is also lecturing on management at the College of Hotel Management in Belgrade. Milos has a B.Sc. degree in Economics.

Milos Petrovic


Milos has held managerial positions in the automotive industry for almost twenty years. After obtaining his B.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering, he started working in the car industry as a service engineer with Inex-Interexport. The company became a representative office of Mercedes Benz for Yugoslavia and Milos was promoted to Deputy General Manager. Milos then moved to General Motors South East Europe as a Business Development Manager for Chevrolet. His next challenge was with Toyota, for which he opened its first sales and service center and spent five successful years as the General Manager.

In the last few years Milos was CEO of Delta Auto, the largest car import company in the region, which deals with such brands as Fiat, Lancia, Alfa, Fiat Professional, Honda, Renault Truck, BMW and Mini. Throughout his career, Milos has enhanced his vocational expertise by attending all Mercedes and BMW seminars, as well as Toyota training at the Toyota Academy.

He is currently preparing his PhD at the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering at Belgrade University.

Jasmina Milosevic

Principal Consultant

Jasmina began her career in 1988 as the Country Training Manager with McDonald’s Yugoslavia, where she was responsible for the training system as well as the implementation of the company’s HR policies. She subsequently moved to the Association of Yugoslav Publishers and Booksellers as the Adviser for International Cooperation. Jasmina also worked for the Canadian Embassy, the International Organization for Migration and has lived several years in Berlin and London.

Following the introduction of modern banking in Serbia, in 2004, Jasmina joined the team appointed by the National bank of Serbia to set up the first Serbian training institution in the field of Banking, the Academy of Banking and Finance. In the position of Program Manager, she helped the Academy grow into a regional leader in financial education for professionals.

Jasmina holds a BA degree in English Language and Literature and also speaks German.

Maja Manojlovic


Maja graduated from the Faculty of Political Science, department of International Relations. 

She started her career in 2004 as an Associate in the non-governmental sector, where she worked for three years on different projects.

She joined Stanton Chase in January 2007 as a Researcher and was involved in all executive search activities and assessment projects. She was also in charge of updating the File Finder database. In January 2013, Maja became an Executive Search Consultant.

Maja has also been active in different associations, primarily in the Serbian Association of Vehicles and Spare Part Importers, as an Associate for event coordination.
