Pierre Le NoelPrior to developing his career in the recruitment and search industry, Pierre spent ten years in the Manufacturing sector in a variety of marketing, operations and business management roles. He now has over fifteen years experience in recruitment and executive search and has successfully completed an array of assignments for local businesses through to Fortune 500 Companies. Pierre has developed expertise in several fields including Manufacturing, Processing, Telecommunications and Business Services. Pierre focuses on senior appointments in the disciplines of General Management, Finance and Marketing Management. He holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree from Auckland University and has pursued graduate studies in business. He is a member of the New Zealand Institute of Directors. Eustace LoboDirector An experienced executive search practitioner Eustace brings experience gained in the global business arena. Eustace was previously with Heidrick and Struggles in Asia and prior to moving to New Zealand lead his own successful executive search practice. Eustace specialises in roles within the Financial and Professional Services sectors and has been operating in the New Zealand market since September 2003. Eustace has successfully completed a range of executive search assignments for clients in Banking, Finance, Insurance and Industry. He has placed a number of CEO's and Heads of departments in various industries. His personal experience includes recruiting across a wide variety of industries, positions and geographies. Eustace holds a Bachelor's degree in Commerce, a Diploma in Automobile Engineering and is pursuing his Masters in Personnel Management. He is married with two sons and enjoys a wide range of sports.
